  • Unless listed otherwise, all LoyaltyKC shirts are composed of a Tri-Blend (50% Polyester / 25% Cotton / 25% Rayon) - Polyester retains shape and elasticity; Cotton lends both comfort and durability; addition of Rayon makes for a unique texture and drapes against the body for a slimming look. This shirt will be the most comfortable shirt in your collection. 


  • HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN START SHOWING MY LOYALTY? Allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Orders placed on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.

  • RETURN POLICY: LoyaltyKC does not accept returns if your shirt arrives and you decide that you don't want to share your loyalty with the city; however, we will exchange it for a different size or design. This only applies to online orders.

    PRE-ORDER items may not be canceled. Please be sure that when you are making your purchase of a pre-order item that you note the anticipated shipping date prior to making your purchase.

    All products must be in the condition you received it. LoyaltyKC will not exchange any products that have been worn, washed or damaged in anyway.

  • You will be required to pay the shipping charge to return your item but we will pay for the shipping to send you your shiny new shirt that fits you much better. 

  • I WANT TO TRACK MY ORDER: Upon placing your order with us, please note in your order comments if you would like the tracking number so you can watch the status as your LoyaltyKC shirt leaves the printing press and travels safely to your home. 

  • TIME FRAME FOR EXCHANGES: Upon receiving your LoyaltyKC shirt you have 14 days to notify us that you would like to exchange your item.
  • HOW DO I SHARE MY LOYALTY: On Twitter and Instagram tag your images #loyaltykc and @loyaltykc. On Facebook, tag your image: @loyaltykc The more you showoff your loyalty, the more rewards you will see.
